What TowValue stores

Name, email, truck details and a snapshot of your estimate are saved when you request an estimate. Hosted deployments use a private database; the local development demo uses local files. Public estimate links expire after 24 hours and do not include your name or email. Submitted contact requests, consent text, timestamps and a hashed network identifier are also stored.

How information is used

Contact information supports the request you choose. An optional delivery integration can forward consented inquiries to the configured business receiver. No financing application or credit check is performed by this website. Selling/trading interest is recorded separately from contact permission. Financing referrals are currently unavailable. Widget requests include the selected dealer’s routing identifier. Source inventory dealer identities and listing links are never shown publicly.

Before public launch

The operator must finalize retention, deletion, access requests, contact details, partner disclosures, cookies and notification preferences with counsel. Do not use real customer information in a publicly shared demo.
