What TowValue is

TowValue gives tow truck owners a free starting point for the numbers behind their decisions: an estimate of what a truck might sell or trade for, market readings by equipment type, and calculators for what a call really costs and whether to repair or replace a truck.

Where the numbers come from

Truck estimates are built from the asking prices tow equipment dealers advertise on their own websites, adjusted for the details you enter. They are asking prices, not sale prices, and every estimate says how confident it is and how old its data is. The calculators use only the figures you type in.

What TowValue is not

TowValue is not a dealer, lender, insurer or appraiser. It does not buy or sell trucks, make financing decisions or certify values. An estimate is a place to start; an inspection and a real offer decide what a truck brings.

The numbers are not for sale

Estimates and market figures come from the data and the published method. No dealer, lender or advertiser can pay to change them.
